Shipping policy
Fulfillment
Each Folles piece is handcrafted to order. Our standard lead time is 3–6 weeks from the purchase date. Customizations such as engravings, non-diamond gemstones, or non-standard sizes may require additional time. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Insured Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States. All shipments are fully insured to protect your piece in transit. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Signature Upon Delivery
For security, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping may be available. Please email us at hello@folles.com prior to purchasing to confirm availability and rates.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses can only be changed prior to fulfillment. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to reroute packages. If you need to update your address, please contact us at hello@folles.com as soon as possible.
International Orders
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on future shipping regions.
